About Us

For decades, black history has been left out of schools, books and media. We where taught about the same people and the same events over and over again. We where fed up with the Eurocentric stories that had been taught to us and decided to educate ourselves. This inspired us to enact and tell our own narratives and stories.

We wanted to tell the stories of our unsung heroes and tell the stories of those who came before us- but we wanted to do this in a way unique to us. So, we created a brand, where infused our love for streetwear with our love for black history.

We as a brand are just the gateway into the deep, rich, history that lays within our melanin;

• We want to inspire people to learn more about great individuals and fascinating stories. 
• We want to start conversations, with some new garms. 
• We want to put our history back into the mainstream narrative
